Arrive prepared at your appointment

New patient consultations at Mississippi Retina Associates are arranged through your primary eye doctor and require approval from your primary care physician or as mandated by your insurance provider. Please note that our practice specializes in diseases and surgery of the retina and does not provide services for prescribing glasses or contact lenses.

Upon your arrival for your scheduled appointment, our friendly staff will assist you in updating your contact and insurance information. To expedite the registration process, please ensure you have your identification and insurance card readily available. Additionally, please download and complete our New Patient Registration paperwork before your appointment to establish a medical chart. We kindly request that you print and complete these documents in advance to minimize registration delays.

We look forward to welcoming you to Mississippi Retina Associates and providing you with comprehensive care. Following the completion of your examination and tests, your physician will meticulously explain the results and discuss a personalized course of action with you. A comprehensive consultation report will be promptly sent to your referring eye doctor and primary care physician for continuity of care.
