What to Expect at Your Appointment
The impact of COVID-19 on health care providers cannot be understated, however our patient's health and safety remains our top priority.
Your health is our top priority. Mississippi Retina Associates is committed to following all guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control, Mississippi State Department of Health, and state and local governments regarding novel Coronavirus.
Please do not arrive more than 20 minutes early for your appointment. We have scheduled patients so that we can social distance and allow time for disinfection/cleaning procedures.
We will perform temperature checks and symptom/exposure screening prior to entry in the office.
Social distancing of 6 feet must be maintained while in office at all times.
Visitors are restricted to allow space for patients.
Patients must wear face masks at all times while in office.
Patients with fever (100 degrees or higher), symptoms, or exposure to coronavirus are asked to stay home. Please contact your primary health care provider for assessment.
Satellite locations: Patients may be asked to return to your vehicle after check in until notified by phone or paging system to re-enter the office.
Food and drinks are prohibited in the office.
